The Two Rock Classic Reverb Signature amplifier is a carefully engineered single-channel amp designed for players seeking comprehensive tone shaping and versatility. Updated in November 2016 with Bill Krinard’s design enhancements, it is available in three power options: 40 watts (4 x 6V6 tubes) head or combo, 50 watts (2 x 6L6 tubes) head or combo, and 100 watts (4 x 6L6 tubes) head. This model features a choice of black bronco covering paired with modern silver cloth and is built on a durable black or silver aluminum chassis. The 100W versions include a new output transformer, and all models feature a Gain Structure switch offering three distinct input stage voicing options to suit varied playing styles.

This amplifier provides extensive tonal control with Treble, Middle, Bass, Bright, Mid, Deep, EQ, and a Contour control to seamlessly adapt between single-coil and humbucker pickups while compensating for room acoustics. Additional functionality includes a footswitchable FET preamp stage, EQ bypass, and reverb defeat. The 50W models have a power selector switch toggling between fixed-bias high power and cathode-biased low power modes, influencing headroom and tonal character. The 100W model’s output transformer compensates automatically for impedance when switching between 100 and 50 watts, a feature also present in the 40W model, which can switch between 40 and 20 watts without impedance changes.
