2025 Hofner Contemporary HCT-VTH-SP-SB - Verythin CT Special Sunburst Semi-Hollow

This beautiful Hofner in honeyburst is brand new!  The playability and tones that you can get out of this instrument are really great.  

The semi-hollowbody construction, in combination with the Humbucker P90 (neck position) and the Höfner humbucker (bridge position), produces a natural, powerful sound that can be customised using the two tone controls and the master volume control. Traditional 'batwing' f-holes round off the overall appearance.

The smaller Höfner Verythin. The classic Verythin body shape reduced to give it a more natural feel to players accustomed to smaller body electric guitars. Featuring a semi-acoustic flame maple body with solid spruce centre block, rosewood fingerboard with classic Höfner clay dots, two full size humbucking pick-ups and four control layout with 3 way switch. Sunburst finish (SB) with nickel hardware.

Based on the original classic Hofner Verythin guitar body shape from 1960 with the body depth of only 1.25 inches. The Hofner Verythin was extremely popular with groups during the 1960s beat boom era. The Hofner Verythin CT not only captures that unique 60s sound but also has the ability to produce tones ranging from deep gutsy blues through to cutting distorted rock. This model is finished Sunburst,  Fitted with a centre spruce block in the body to produce more sustain, deeper tones and less feedback you'll find this Hofner Verythin is a guitar that delivers full on style, tone and playability.
