In April of 2015, we flew to the PRS factory in Maryland on one of our regular trips. We spent the first day picking out guitars to bring back in to the store. On the second morning, Paul let us pick through his Wood Library and pull wood sets for future builds. We had some set aside and decided to use these sets to build a customer-designed run. On the 26th of June, Paul held a clinic in our store where the 65 or so people in the house took a vote on the final specs for our Wood Library run. This McCarty was the choice of the people. Seattle-designed, made especially for our customers. Built with the woods we selected, Brazilian rosewood fretboards, an option for flame or quilt top, old school birds, the new 58/15 pick ups, it's just right.
